Over 30 years of professional experience in banking, technology, and international financial markets. Initiator and co-creator of numerous market standards and product, system, and organizational solutions for the financial system and the currency, capital, and money markets.

1999-2012, Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. and Deutsche Bank A.G. Frankfurt – Director, responsible for establishing and developing relationships with strategic corporate clients in the field of financial products and building customized solutions for market risk management and transactional banking.
1996-1999, mBank S.A. (BRE Bank) – Senior Dealer, responsible for servicing large and medium-sized enterprises in treasury, investment and hedging products.
Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Finance and Banking.
Chairman of the Board
He has been associated with financial markets and the Warsaw Stock Exchange for over 20 years. He initiated and actively participated in numerous initiatives aimed at developing the Polish capital market.
From 1994 to 2014, he served as President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Vice President of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board, Director of the Listing and Market Development Department, and Director of the WSE Listing Department.
In 2013, when he served as President of the Management Board of GPW S.A., the company was recognized by Euromoney as the best-managed stock exchange in Central and Eastern Europe, ahead of the Istanbul and Vienna stock exchanges, among others.
An active member of numerous supervisory boards, he has served on the boards of the Federation of European Securities Exchanges in Brussels, Aquis Exchange Ltd in London, the Polish Power Exchange, Bond Spot, WSE Services, National Depository for Securities, and Merlin.
Vice President of the Management Board of Finder Capital Sp. z o.o., Partner of Trio Management Group, and Red Pine Ventures S.A. He is a member of numerous supervisory boards, including Private Equity Managers, GRAAL S.A., S4E S.A., and the Róbmy Swoje dla Kultury Foundation.
Member of the Warsaw University of Technology Convention, the International Advisory Council of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, and the Program Council of the Capital Market Leaders Academy.
In 2014, he won the Grand Prix Manager Award 2014 in the MBA Manager competition for outstanding achievements in management.
Public commentator and lecturer. An active promoter of Corporate Social Responsibility and Individual Social Responsibility initiatives.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, he completed postgraduate tax studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, an MBA at the Warsaw School of Administration and Management, and the International Institute for Securities Markets Development program in Washington, organized by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
