He has been associated with financial markets and the Warsaw Stock Exchange for over 20 years. He initiated and actively participated in numerous initiatives aimed at developing the Polish capital market.<\/p>

From 1994 to 2014, he served as President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Vice President of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board, Director of the Listing and Market Development Department, and Director of the WSE Listing Department.<\/p>

In 2013, when he served as President of the Management Board of GPW S.A., the company was recognized by Euromoney as the best-managed stock exchange in Central and Eastern Europe, ahead of the Istanbul and Vienna stock exchanges, among others.<\/p>

An active member of numerous supervisory boards, he has served on the boards of the Federation of European Securities Exchanges in Brussels, Aquis Exchange Ltd in London, the Polish Power Exchange, Bond Spot, WSE Services, National Depository for Securities, and Merlin.<\/p>

Vice President of the Management Board of Finder Capital Sp. z o.o., Partner of Trio Management Group, and Red Pine Ventures S.A. He is a member of numerous supervisory boards, including Private Equity Managers, GRAAL S.A., S4E S.A., and the R\u00f3bmy Swoje dla Kultury Foundation.<\/p>
